This past November, Kate Bladow of Technola.org and I did a webinar for the Legal Services National Technology Assistance Project on entitled Using Social Media to Engage Your Supporters.  This webinar was recorded and is free to anyone who wants to listen.  LSNTAP also has copies of our powerpoint and our notes, available for free download on this page.

The session goes over the rules of online listening, how to pick the social media tools you want to use and then how to use those tools effectively.  Kate and I gave some great, real-life examples of how nonprofits can use these powerful online tools to engage supporters and further their missions.
