I love coming to Austin!  And the folks at the Texas State Bar are only too awesome to work for – (Thank You! Hannah and Hannah) I presented on a panel on Social Media: Email and Beyond which prompted a lively discussion on all things Internet related.  I will be posting the powerpoint and my notes here soon.

Presenting on Social Media at the Pro Bono Coordinators Retreat

The presentation was a panel discussion that covered traditional media and “new” (online based) media.  The audience was very engaged and the discussion was lively and face paced.

Just before our session started – the group took a break and snacked on cupcakes!  The Cupcake Bar allowed you to pick between vanilla and chocolate cupcakes, the kind of frosting you wanted, whether or not you wanted filling, and finally what kind of topping you wanted.  Yum Yum Yum!

During dinner (at El Mercado at La Vaca and 15th street) we were serenaded by a mariachi band – they were good but loud!
