US Broadband Adoption Slows in 2010

According to Pew Center research 66% of American adults use broadband services not much of an increase over the 63% reported in 2009.  Cost is probably a factor – especially in these times – however Pew further states that current non-broadband users “are notably less likely than broadband users to think they are at a significant disadvantage.”  Essentially, if users don’t think they benefit from broadband, they don’t adopt that technology.
