Social Media Workshop – Oct 16, 2010 9am-12noon

I am hosting a Social Media workshop on Oct 16 from 9am-12noon that will teach you:
1) how to use tools to “listen” to the chatter on the Internet and see what others are saying about you, your organization and your competition,
2) create a protocol for how to respond to what you find,
3) create and configure a facebook business page, and
4) link content between it and your website (if you have one).
I will be using the ELTC (http://www.eltcenter.org/) computer lab so this workshop will be hands on – you will actually do each of these items live and in real time so when you leave you will have all of these tools setup and ready to go!
I need at least 10 attendees to make this work – so please let me know if you are interested in attending – cost will be $40 per person.
