Just for Fun – Today is National Chocolate Day!

Today is National Chocolate Day!

Yes I know I am supposed to talk about technology or social media or strategic planning or change management but today is National Chocolate Day and I just can’t resist the chance to tell you how I am going to celebrate.

First let me get a fresh cup of hot chocolate.  Ahhh better.  Now here is my plan.

 1) I warned MWH (My Wonderful Husband) that he should bring home some chocolate to help me celebrate.  Hey I don’t do Valentines but Chocolate Day?  Yeah Baby!

2) I missed making chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast (early morning call from an EastCoaster!) but think this will be a good excuse to run to LaMar’s Donuts for a second breakfast around 10am.  A chocolate cake donut with chocolate frosting should do the trick.

3) Next is lunch – Off to Le Creperie for a Nutella and Banana crepe.  Elvis would have loved this.

4) Dinner will be tacos but I going to run by Whole Foods and see if they have a chocolate based mole sauce to add to the mix to stay on theme but still provide something the rest of the family can eat.

5) Dessert? Chocolate mini cupcakes from Butter Cream Cupcakery

6) Late Night Snack?  I will have to stop by Kilwin’s for something extra special or if the MWH does it right I can eat whatever he brought home.
